SPOTLIGHT: Toyota's Air Equipped Extreme Sienna @ SEMA
12/2/2016
Have you ever woken up and thought, “Man, what I REALLY want in my minivan is an interior straight out of a private jet”?
Don’t worry, we haven’t either, but the slightly warped minds at Toyota have, and you know what? It’s all kinds of awesome!

The Toyota Sienna was never designed to be fast or exciting. It’s main purpose is to transport families in total comfort and safety from location to location, and we like that. It’s hardly the perfect base for modifying, but that is what makes it the perfect base for modifying, in a totally weird way.
Don’t believe us? Take a look at the “Extreme Sienna,” which debuted earlier this month at SEMA.

It’s definitely not a subtle vehicle. The exterior has been totally transformed thanks to 21in Litespeed Racing-forged 2-piece wheels (measuring in at 21in x 10in in the front and 21in x 10.5in in the rear), which tuck beautifully within the arches, courtesy of Air Lift Performance suspension.

As you’d expect, the Toyota Sienna doesn’t have that many “off the shelf” parts available, so lead builder Rick Leos and his team at Real Time Automotive Solutions had to hand fabricate all of the bodywork (including the wide arches) to accommodate those monster wheels.
