Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are enjoying the products and your new #LifeOnAir. Please see the details below regarding our return policy.


You may return any new unused condition, with all original packaging, tags and labels attached within thirty (30) days of delivery for a full refund less any applicable shipping costs and a 20% restocking fee. Any opened and/or used items are non-returnable. All returns must be postmarked within ninety (90) days of the purchase.

Return Process

To return an item, please call customer service at 1-800-248-0892 to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving a RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging, and mail your return to the following address:

Please note that you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return. A prepaid shipping label can also be provided to you for a fee.


After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least ten to fifteen (10-15) business days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.


For defective or damaged products, please contact us at 1-800-248-0892 to arrange a refund or exchange. We will pay the return shipping costs if the return is due to a defective or damaged product.
