Market Harborough is a buzzing town, right in the heart of England. While you might not have heard of the city, we’re sure that you are familiar with RIIVA Design, the shop that proudly calls Market Harborough home. And if you’re still drawing a blank, we’re sure that you’ve seen some of their unforgettable builds.
RIIVA specializes in the custom installation of Air Lift Performance suspension systems, making a name for themselves with their creative boot builds and innovative mounting solutions.
“We just like to do things a little differently and when a customer shares our vision for a project it’s easy to get carried away,” says RIIVA owner Henry Gilbert. Gilbert has brought a wealth of knowledge to RIIVA, with vast experience in converting Volkswagen vans for recreational use and modernizing Land Rover Defenders to provide a truly unique slant on air installation.
“Our VW van and Land Rover customers are looking for refinement in their conversions. They must be durable and have an OEM fit and finish. It’s this level of detail that we bring through to our air installations,” Henry continues.
The RIIVA team does not shy away from the opportunity to experiment with mounting options on their own builds, as Gilbert’s own Audi A6 project proves. In order to retain boot space and give height to the install, Henry mounted a secondary air tank to the back side of the boot lid.
Alongside the A6, RIIVA also has a familiar BMW in the stable in the shape of Becky Evans’ bright red E21. This car underwent a reworking of the boot, making RIIVA Design look better than ever.
