Promotion Terms & ConditionsThese terms and conditions apply to a draw or sweepstakes (the "Promotion") administered by Air Lift Company (the "Sponsor").
No purchase is necessary to enter or win the Promotion.
1. EligibilityThe Promotion is only open to individuals (the "Entrants") who are over the age of majority in their place of residence and who have received an email invitation from the Sponsor to participate in the Promotion.
The employees, contractors, directors and officers of the Sponsor, and their respective parents, subsidiaries and affiliated companies, distributors, licensees and the advertising, fulfillment, judging and promotion agencies involved in the development and administration of this Promotion (collectively, "Promotion Parties"), and their immediate family members (parents, children, siblings, and spouse of each) and those living in the same households of each are not eligible for this promotion.
The Promotion is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited.
2. Agreement to RulesBy entering the Promotion, Entrants agree to comply with and abide by these Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, and represent and warrant that they meet the eligibility requirements. In addition, Entrants agree to accept the Sponsor’s decisions as final and binding as it relates to the content of this campaign. Entrants should look solely to the Sponsor with any questions, comments, or issues related to the Promotion.
3. Promotion PeriodThe Promotion begins on April 24th, 2026, and ends at 11:59 pm EST on May 17th, 2026 (the "Promotion Period")
4. How to EnterThe Promotion must be entered by providing the requested information on the entry form for the Promotion. Limit one (1) entry per person or email address per brand.
Entries that are incomplete or do not adhere to the rules or specifications of the Promotion may be disqualified at the sole discretion of the Sponsor.
Limit one (1) entry per person per brand. You may not enter more times than indicated by using multiple email addresses, identities, or devices in an attempt to circumvent the rules. If you use fraudulent methods or otherwise attempt to circumvent the rules of the Promotion, your submissions may be disqualified at the sole discretion of the Sponsor.
All entries become the property of the Sponsor. The Sponsor does not accept responsibility for late, lost, misdirected, stolen, inaccurate, damaged, or incomplete entries.
5. Prize DrawingThe Sponsor will draw randomly from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period.
The prize(s) will be awarded in the order in which each name is drawn from the pool of Entrants. The Sponsor’s decision is final. The odds of winning depend on the total number of entries received during the Promotion Period.
The drawing will occur at 2727 Snow Rd., Lansing, MI 48917.
The Sponsor will email the prize winner(s) within one (1) week of the draw. If the prize winner(s) do not claim their prize within one (1) week of being contacted, a redraw will be held for that prize. The redraw prize winner will be randomly selected and notified within one (1) week of the redraw.
6. PrizesThe prize to be won is two (2) Race Day Grandstand tickets to the 2026 FireKeepers Casino 400 at Michigan International Speedway on June 7th, 2026, with Approximate Retail Value ("ARV") of $114 USD.
No substitution, cash redemption, or transfer of prizes is permitted except at the Sponsor’s sole discretion. If a prize, or any portion thereof, cannot be awarded for any reason, the Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value. Where required by law, prize winners must correctly answer a mathematical skill-testing question to claim their prize. Arrangements for the delivery of prizes will be made after the winner has been validated. The return of any prize or prize notification as undeliverable or a failure to respond to notices or return any documents in a timely manner, as determined by the Sponsor, may result in disqualification, and an alternate winner may be chosen.
At the Sponsor’s discretion, unclaimed prizes may not be awarded.
7. General RulesBy participating, Entrants agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and the Sponsor’s decisions, which shall be final in all matters relating to the Promotion. By participating, Entrants agree to release, discharge, and hold harmless the Sponsor from and against all liability or damages associated with this Promotion or acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize received in this Promotion.
The Sponsor is not responsible for any typographical or other errors in printing this offer or the administration of the Promotion.
The Sponsor is not responsible for technical, hardware, software, or telephone malfunctions of any kind, lost or unavailable network connections, or failed, incorrect, incomplete, inaccurate, garbled or delayed electronic communications caused by the user or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in this Promotion, or by any human, or other error, which may occur in this Promotion.
If, due to circumstances beyond the Sponsor’s control, the integrity or administration of the promotion is adversely affected, such as through technical difficulties, the Sponsor may suspend or terminate the Promotion.
If, in the Sponsor’s sole opinion, there is any suspected or actual evidence of tampering with any portion of the Promotion, the Sponsor reserves the right to any of the following remedies:
• Voiding all suspect entries
• Modifying and/or terminating the Promotion
• Conducting a random drawing to award prizes using all known eligible non-suspect entries received
The Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual who tampers with the Promotion or Website or acts in a disruptive manner.
In the event of a dispute regarding the identity of the person submitting an entry, entries will be declared made by the person’s name submitted at the time of entry.
8. WaiverBy participating in this Promotion, each Entrant waives all rights to claim punitive, incidental, and consequential damages, attorney’s fees, or any damages other than actual out-of-pocket costs incurred to participate.
9. Data Protection & PrivacyBy entering into this Promotion, each Entrant expressly consents to the Sponsor collecting, storing, sharing, and processing the personal information they submit with their entry only to administer the Promotion. Entrants may view the Sponsor’s privacy and consent notice at https://www.airliftcompany.com/about/privacy for more details.
Where the Entrant has provided the Sponsor with their personal information and consent for other activities, such as receiving commercial electronic messages, these permissions will remain in effect, and shall not be affected by this request for consent made pursuant to this Promotion.
10. Acceptance of RulesBy participating in the Promotion, the Entrant affirmatively reviewed, accepted, and agreed to all of the Official Rules, Terms, and Conditions.
