About Chevrolet Camaro Performance Air Suspension Kit

Air Lift’s engineering team has developed the ultimate suspension for the 5th Gen Camaro. This fully adjustable, bolt-on kit offers the lowest stance possible for the Camaro, outstanding handling, and tunable ride quality. This suspension is CAD designed, then tuned and optimized using the racetrack, real world public roads, and Air Lift’s industry leading hydraulic test rig, to provide the consumer with an unbeatable suspension.  Unlike drop springs, this product actually maintains significant wheel travel which benefits both the ride quality and the handling.  The kit fits both V-8 and V-6 models.

The Camaro looks amazing with this lowered suspension! Starting with the static drops, the kit lowers the car 4” below stock and can lift it 1″ over stock.  To top it off, 22” wheels will tuck easily behind the fenders, giving you an enviable stance. And of course, with adjustable air suspension, the car can be raised to get over speed bumps, or up steep driveways, saving damage to ground effects, spoilers and exhaust systems.

Performance junkies will not be disappointed either. Road course testing with Air Lift’s data acquisition equipped Camaro helped the engineers tune the suspension spring and damper rates for a handling experience rivaling that of a quality coil-over set-up. Lap times and feel both improved over stock.

Ride quality is a high priority with any Air Lift product, and the Camaro kit excels. The front uses a proprietary, 9-level adjustable strut. The rear features a QA-1 shock at the heart of the air-over assembly with a progressive spring rate piston. This combination yields a sporty, well controlled, comfortable ride over any surface, and is tunable by the consumer.

In order to bring to market the most durable air suspension possible, Air Lift tortured the components of this kit to 1 million cycles (equal to approximately 100K miles) on their hydraulic test rig at temperatures from -30 deg F to 150 deg F.
